This Privacy Policy describes the information collected by Creativity, Inc. and Creativity Mobile (“Creativity”, “CI,” “CM,” “we,” “us” or “our”) through our mobile applications and website and how we use that information.


We do not collect any personal information unless you choose to register for a personal account.

Creativity’s website and apps comply with the Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) and do not knowingly contact or collect personal information from children under 13 without parental consent. If you believe we have inadvertently collected such information, please contact us so we can promptly obtain parental consent or remove the information.

Some of our apps are integrated with third party SDK platforms (see FAQs for explanation of “third party SDK platforms”). Some, such as DoReMi 1-2-3 and DoReMi 1-2-3 Lite, may offer special features upon registration. If you choose to register, you will be asked to provide some personal information, such as name, phone number, or email address. Others collect only anonymous user data that helps us understand trends, such as which devices are being used the most and which games are most popular.

Lastly, Creativity’s website uses technologies like cookies (small files stored on your browser), web beacons, or unique device identifiers to identify your computer or device so we can deliver a better experience. Our systems also log information like your browser, operating system and IP address.

If you have registered for a user account on one of the third-party SDK platforms featured in a few of our apps, you may log into the account at any time to see or delete any personally identifiable information stored, such as your name or email.

If you submit a support request, we may receive your email address and other information you provide related to your support request (“Support Information”). We use Support Information only to provide support to you.
